A Little about Robb Vincent

Robb Vincent was an avid volunteer with CMBA for many, many years!   Sadly he left us too soon in 2016.

Robb was the house league convenor at Jaycee Park for several years and eventually took his efforts to Kinsmen Park where he convened the Peewee House League.   Robb also assisted with travel baseball, convened travel tournaments, made repairs at the ball diamonds and was a member of the Chatham Goodfellows.

In 2009, Robb was presented the Fergie Jenkins Community Service Awards from the Executive of CMBA.   This award was created in 1984 and is awarded each year to one individual who has exemplified what it means to be a servant to the CMBA community.

In honour of his legacy and dedication to CMBA and specifically, house league baseball, an annual tournament was started in 2009 comprising of house league players 10 and 11 years of age.  

CMBA misses Robb and his dedication to baseball in our community!
